Web Designer

The graphic designer will put his talent and experience in digital marketing and web design projects of different complexity, developing his tasks together with the production team, in order to guarantee the best final product.

Responsible for:
Offering services to companies in Latin America.
Reach the minimum target of new clients per month and billing in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and Greater Buenos Aires.
Manage the projects in charge, complying with the required time and quality.
Comply with the training provided by Tehuentec, prior to entry. Possibility to travel to Mendoza, the head office.

Requirements:
• Advanced student or graduated in careers alike Sales, Marketing or Administration.
• Self-mobility.
• Fluent in oral and written English (not exclusive).
• Have prospects with medium and large companies (very important).

Soft skills:
• Sales process knowledge.
• Selling ability.
• Autonomy to perform tasks independently.
• Manage the weekly and monthly schedule of visits to potential customers to achieve the planned objectives.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts (Internet, Adword, Leads, etc.).
• Having a customer portfolio (Cold Calling).

Experience: Sales, quotation and contracting. At least 2 years of activity in similar positions with experience in the Digital Marketing field.

Paid Media

The professional will work in SEA area. You will be in charge of strategic planning and the definition of actions for each account, in relation to the needs and business objectives of each client, ensuring their effectiveness.

Responsible for:
SEO strategy for different accounts.
Advertising campaign management.
Setting KPI's.
Management, planning and control: assignment of tasks, priorities and deadlines to the different players in the field.

Requirements:
• Training in Digital Marketing.
• Campaign knowledge.
• Knowledgeable in SEO, and best practices for content distribution on social networks.
• Knowledge in Analytics and metric interpretation.
• Knowledge of measurement parameters such as KPI's, CTR, conversion, conversion cost, ROI, marginal cost.
• Experience working with Office, and Excel skills.

The position requires, as a main task, to find potential clients and offer them Digital Marketing products and services. Will quote, negotiate and sign contracts. Will be in charge of organizing professional visits and other activities that connect the company with its clients. Their objective is to increase sales and seek customer satisfaction.

Community Manager

The Community Manager will be responsible for the development of strategies, coordination, use and execution of content and creative proposals for digital communication actions in social media for their clients.

Responsible for:
Creation of copywriting content for different digital marketing formats such as websites, mainly focused on SEO together with the production team.
Metrics interpreting: analyze them in order to develop effective reports and action plans.
Market analysis and research. You will be required to perform analysis and reports on our clients' competitors in social networks.
Web positioning.

Requirements
• Software: Excel and social media automation tools.
• Design tools (recomended).

Soft skills:
• Motivation from curiosity and proactivity.

Marketing Digital Analyst

Will be the professional responsible for the planning, monitoring and results of Tehuentec's Marketing strategy in the digital area.

Responsible for:
• Create an inbound marketing plan to reach audiences at every stage of the sales funnel and improve lead acquisition.
• Coordinate all actions related to Tehuentec's digital area: website, social media strategies, campaign optimization, brand positioning, among others.
• Accompany the Marketing Management to meet the objectives of the department to achieve greater recognition of the company in different geographical areas.
• Provide relevant information on actions taken and measurements to apply different tests useful to make better decisions. Make proposals to expand product/service lines.
• Accompany the Sales Management in advising the quotations made by the executives to improve the quality of the service offered by Tehuentec, and define the achievable objectives, establishing a "life cycle" of potential customers, where different stages of proposals will be made to expand the amount of availability of services.
• Assist Customer Coordination, recommending strategies to be used on active customers for Upselling.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree on Marketing.
• Experience and skills on Digital Marketing.
